Description

Buffalo Grand Cru is characterized by a deep, dark brown hue and cream colored, firm foam. This beer of 9% abv rests for ten months on wooden bordeaux from Pauillac. Cinnamon and mace emerge from a complex combination of scents, followed by biscuits and ripe fruit. The taste is balanced, from sweet to coffee bitter. The sweet and coffee keys from the aftertaste end in a fresh mouthfeel. This unique beer is exclusively available in numbered bottles of 75cl. Complex, dark brown and wood-aged.
