Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. You can’t find your country at the checkout? Please get in contact with our client service. Please note that orders from outside EU countries are exempt from VAT, but are subject to any import duties/taxes in that country. Goods will be sent by the system of DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that the local customs can charge the receiver with import duty’s and other taxes.
How are my shipping costs calculated?
The shipping costs are based on two factors: the weight of the shipment and the country they have to be shipped to.
I have missed delivery of my parcel(s). What should I do?
If delivery cannot be completed, the driver will leave a notification with a parcel reference number. Please follow the instructions on the notification to learn the location of your parcel.
What is the processing time for my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days in our warehouse, unless otherwise noted in the product description, or if there is a pre-order item in your purchase. Estimated delivery times apply after your order leaves our warehouse and depends on the shipping method you selected. We will email you tracking information once your order has shipped. Please be aware that our storage- and shipping center is open Monday – Friday from 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and closed on Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays. Your order can only be processed and shipped during these times.

*All shipping times mentioned above are an indication. Although we will do our best do deliver your order as soon as possible, we cannot accept any responsibility for delayed deliveries due the circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you about the possible delay.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages at our warehouse almost immediately, and appear in the “order status/tracking” area of our website with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. Please note that this means even though your package has left our warehouse, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.
Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these rare instances, “order status/tracking” on belgianbeertraders.com will not offer tracking information, but will still offer order status and other details.
I am expecting a parcel but I do not have a tracking code. What should I do?
Please contact the Customer Service Centre to obtain your tracking number.
How do you ship my orders ?
We are shipping heavy and fragile products. Although we pack the beer, glasses and other products so there’s a low risk of breaking, it could happen you receive a broken bottle or glass. All beers are shipped in double-walled cardboard boxes. The bottles are individually protected by cardboard or bubble-wrap and the box is filled with schock-absorbing material if nessesary.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
Can I cancel my order ?
You can cancel your order within 14 days after placing it, by sending us an e-mail. If the goods haven’t been shipped yet, we will refund you for the full amount (cost of the beers and shipping costs). If the order has been shipped already, we cannot refund you the shipping charges, but we will refund you the goods if you send them back to us in a resellable condition.
I'm ordering for a business, can I get an invoice without VAT?
Yes, if you are located wihtin the EU (except for Belgium) and if you can provide us with a VAT number. Do not place your order via the webshop yet, but send us an e-mail with your company details and will give you the instructions on how to proceed.
Do you sell kegs?
We sell kegs, though only for corporate clients who have tap systems.
What does IBU stand for?
IBU: International Bitterness Units, which is a scale from 1-100 that rates the bitterness of a beer.
