Tripel Kanunnik is a 4-grain beer brewed according to Wilderens canon recipe. A soft and spicy triple with bottle fermentation and a mild aftertaste by the use of fine & noble hops. In this beer, besides barley, wheat and oats, exceptionally rye was added, which gives this Tripel a typical character.
