Description

Houten Kop is a contemporary recipe from and by a real Zelenaar. Brewery Strubbe brews according to time-honored tradition in a true traditional way. What guarantees quality. The composition consists of different grains, malts and our own Belgian hops from Poperinge. The whole is beautifully flavored with some 12 pure and natural herbs, some of which according to medieval literature have a medicinal effect. The artisan roasted barley malt gives its amber view in a natural way. A triple fermentation process gives the beer its own character in terms of taste.
