Schalkse 10 is a special anniversary beer created by the hobby brewers of vzw De Hopscheppers to celebrate the 10-year milestone of the cultural center ‘t Schaliken. This blonde beer, brewed with Chimay yeast, offers a refreshing taste with a notable 10% alcohol content. The beer is top-fermented and re-fermented in the bottle, forming a lasting white, creamy head. Its complex aroma presents a delightful blend of spices (like cloves and coriander) and fruity notes, especially citrus, with hints of bitter orange zest, subtle lemon, and peach.
