Description

Amber-colored beer of high fermentation, with refermentation in the bottle.
Intensely hopped (East Kent Golding and especially Cascade, also dry hopping). Pleasant citrus flavors. Refreshing and full in the mouth, more citrus towards the end. Long finish ending with a pink grapefruit bitter. Nice appetizer or tasting beer. Fits most fish dishes, even with smoked fish. Excellent with white meat with a mustard or Blackwells sauce.
