Gildenbier (Guild Beer) is a recognised regional product in the province of Flemish Brabant. It is brewed according to the centuries-old tradition of the archers’ guild of the town of Diest. Gildenbier is a dark, special beer that is surprisingly tasty with chocolate desserts.
