Description

De Poes blonde is a blond unfiltered beer of high fermentation, with secondary fermentation in the bottle. The beer is fruity with a slight alcohol test at the back of the tongue. By using a very high bitter and aroma hop, we ensure that there is a bitterness that is nicely balanced. The herbs used then provide the pleasant freshness and the reference to flowers and citrus.
