Freshly squeezed apple juice was added to this Saison during fermentation. The apple variety used is Zari from an orchard close to our brewery in Ranst. The apples give a unique taste to this beer and make it ideal as an aperitif. Due to the low alcohol percentage of 4.5% also an excellent thirst quencher.
