Chapeau Exotic is from the De Troch Brewery. It pours with a deep copper colour and lots of carbonation that produces a huge head. De Troch Exotic has a very fruity, musty, sourish aroma. It tastes of mixed fruit; pineapple being the most obvious one, tart and sour, then smooths out and finishes with a pineapple-orange juice flavour.
