Description
The Blanche de Charleroi is a beer produced by the brewery of the Val de Sambre located on the site of the Abbey of Aulne in Gozée in the municipality of Thuin in the province of Hainaut ( Walloon Region of Belgium ). This high fermentation white beer is made from a selection of barley and wheat. It is refermented in bottle. The Blanche de Charleroi is not marked in taste and aroma. It is eaten mainly as an aperitif or in hot weather. It holds 4.5% alcohol and is marketed in 25 cl bottles.
