Description
Alpaïde is a dark pit filled triple and tradition. It is named after Countess Alpaïdis, founder of the village of Hoegaarden beer. The beer owes its flavor to the single variety dark malts and hops Poperingse. These roasted malts give a coffee and chocolate perfume and a ringing bitter long finish. The beer balancing between a stout and a Trappist.
