Struise Tsjeeses Reserva Bourbon is a Belgian, high-fermentation Christmas beer. It has a somewhat dark coppery color, with a somewhat long, whitish foamy head. The nose is spicy, with fruity notes, jam, wood, and a touch of bourbon. The palate shows a medium body, with a long and sweet finish, leaving noticeably the alcoholic aftertaste. This beer is aged in bourbon barrels, giving that touch to liquor and wood.
