Judas beer is a strong, high fermentation beer, refermented in the bottle. Its color is blonde-ocher, its taste is sweet-bitter and mellow. It is brewed with the best barley and Bohemian hops, carefully selected. It undergoes a secondary fermentation and a long maturation in bottle, which gives it body and roundness. The perfect balance between its fine aroma and subtle bitterness make this beer a unique place in the rich Belgian brewing tradition. Judas contains 8.5% alcohol.
