Himelein is a dark brown beer of high fermentation with secondary fermentation in the bottle, unfiltered, with no added herbs and an alcohol content of 6%. Complex nose, barley straw, full and round, roasted, liquorice, anise, candy, brown sugar, long aftertaste. The name refers to a local saint, Saint Hymelinus. Royalties go to the Brotherhood of St. Himelinus.
