At Caracole, beers are developed from the four flagship beers of the brewery, Caracole, Saxo, Nostradamus and Troublette. From these associations are born the Forestinne Mysteria, a 7.5° Belgian Pale Ale. Poured into a glass, it is an amber beer with a fine, off-white foam. On the nose, there are aromas of malt, caramel, liquor, caramel, toast and spices. On the palate, it contains sweet flavors of caramel, yeast, spices and dried fruits for a hoppy finish with a slight bitterness.
