Description

Chateau d’Ychouffe is a Belgian specialty, blend of (beer) wort with wine must, barley malt, (very little) hops, sauterne wine, and yeast. It taste pretty fruity and sweet smell, like white wine. Fruity (passion fruit) and sweet too, here especially the wine character that comes forth, with a solid alcohol test and minimal bitterness in the distance.
