Description
Traditional Ambrée of character, highlighted by a note of bitter orange and ginger. Brewed in a wood fire.
The Caracole has a large release of gas and abundant foam and compact, holding well. On the nose, it offers hops aromas and some tidal notes. It is a bit pungent in the mouth; hops and a slight roasting are first of all felt. It is also marked by a few spikes of orange blossom, mocha and liquorice. In the end, we will distinguish a beautiful balanced and prolonged bitterness. First and oldest beer of the brewery of the same name, the Caracole is also the most produced of the protected François Tonglet.
