Belle Cies is a Belgian beer of high fermentation. The beer is brewed at Huisbrouwerij Den Tseut in Oosteeklo . It is a blond, slightly cloudy beer with an alcohol percentage of 10%. One uses a double secondary fermentation by champagne fermenter. By putting a hop bubble in every bottle there is a permanent dry hopping. Belle refers to the hopbel in the bottle, Cies refers to the old Cistercian monastery in Oosteeklo.
