Description

Sigma completes the sublime trio of the Sour Collection Alvinne, a series of fermented beers from wild yeasts. This is how we find in this beer, the darkest of the three and also the most explosive of this series, all the characteristics of this Sour Ale style. It reveals an intense brown color that reveals surprising aromas, mixing both the heat of the malt and the acidity of the yeasts. The bouquet makes us switch sometimes to dry fruits sometimes on more acidic and vinegary notes.
