Gentleman Sour Ale Oak Aged is a collaboration between the breweries Alvinne and Naparbier, a Spanish brewery. The beer wears an auburn colored robe with a beautiful reddish brown head. The aromas remind you of oak and cherries. There is a touch of yeast and vanillin. The taste is much like its aroma. You will get flavors of caramel, balsam and malts. There is an element of red wine and the balance between sourness and sweetness was very well-handled in this beer. The dry and bitter finish is a rare pleasure. This beer is full bodied with low carbonation.
