Big Bayou is brewed with Cajun spices (Chili, Cayenne) barleymalt, wheatmalt and ryemalt. A beer with a pale golden color and a high head. Aroma is malts with a hint of chili. Flavor is malts and yeast with some chili in the finish. Named after a Cajun musicband.
