Bzart Kriek Cuvée 2011 pours a deep dark pink/purple with a small pinkish head. Aroma brings out complex tart cherries, barnyard funk and some lacto. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of dry tart cherries, barnyard funk and lacto. Loads of champagne yeast on the finish. Super high carbonation, but again, it’s appropriate and doesn’t diminish the beer in any way.
