Description
This limited 5th Season bottling (1 bourbon barrel of ± 170 liters) has been put in storage for eight months. A bit of honey bourbon aroma was also added to the beer for bottling. The result is a slightly sweeter 5th Season, with clear vanilla notes and influences from the American oak.
The 5th Season combines a summery, fruity taste with a dry mouthfeel and a pleasant hoppy aftertaste. By using 2 types of hops and then applying dry-hopping our saison tastes surprisingly fresh and is the ideal thirst quencher on a terrace in the summer.
