Description
Leireken Bio Boekweit Bruin is a beer of high fermentation and is not filtered. Sedimentation is caused by cooling in the storage tank. The brown color is obtained by adding caramelised sugar. The beer has a dark brown color, a creamy solid head and contains 6% alc.vol. (14° Plato). the beer has a full flavor coupled with an elegant freshness. Precisely this unexpected combination, together with a light alcohol content, makes the beer perfectly drinkable in all seasons. It is served chilled at 5°C. Leireken Buckwheat Brown is recommended as a traditional beer.
