Description

Artisanal Belgian/Spanish ‘White IPA’, blond (wheat) beer (7 EBC) of high fermentation, with secondary fermentation in the bottle, unfiltered.
Ingredients: Barley malt, wheat, 4 hops, yeast, water.
Tasted: Fruity aroma, with a small buttery smell in the nose, strongly perfumed. Very (lychee, exotic) fruity taste, softly malted and nicely bitter (65 EBU), with some butter also present. The aftertaste is fruity, bitter and dry. Not very completely.
