Caves beer brewed at St. Bernardus is a beer developed by Pierre Célis, the man we know as the spiritual father of Hoegaarden Wit. He invented this beer and inspired by champagne makers, he let his beers mature in the caves of Kanne. The exceptional climatic conditions created a fabulous beer that has not yet been discovered by the masses.
