One more collaboration for the Thiriez brewery, this time with the Brussels brewery De La Senne to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the brewery. We find what makes the characteristic of the two breweries, the dry and frank bitterness of the Belgian brewery and the marked yeasts of the French which brings smells of baker’s bread in particular. There are also more fruity aromas of orange or exotic fruits.
