The Cuvée de Bouillon has the distinction of having been marketed before the creation of the brewery. Unfiltered and refermented in the bottle, it is a living beer whose taste will be refined over time. Beer racy with the body of a blonde, we wanted it refreshing like a white. That’s why it was designed with the same spices as the white: coriander, lemon and orange.
