Boon Oude Geuze Vat 79 is composed for 85% with Lambic from cask N°79. This foeder from 1883 was exclusively used to age 3 years old Lambic and became one of the favorites of the brewer. Brewed in Oct 2011, bottled Dec 2014. It has a soft-sour and fruity taste with a dry, slight sweet finish. Very limited.
