Alcohol volume: 4.8% ABV.
Colour and sight: pale yellow, cloudy-white and a firm white head.
Scent: Floral (coriander and curaçao), with a light citrus note.
Flavour: Citrus, but also wheat. A very good balance between fresh, acid and fruity.
White beer with high fermentation. Its nose offers a very fragrant and sweet aroma of wheat cereals. In the mouth, we discover a round and sweet flavor, acid to perfection but without excess, a taste of wheat/acid, very well balanced.
