The beer has small foam of fine bubbles. It is golden yellow, light cloudy and no saturation. The aroma is bitter and tastes like grapefruit. It has a pleasant bitter citrus flavor but not predominant. Fairly strong but not heavy with a normal stimulation of carbon dioxide.
